Day #17 of Create Art Every Day Month

I've committed to "Create Art Every Day Month" in a way that doesn't put too much pressure on myself.  Sure, I'm definitely creating everyday. But it doesn't mean that I will have FINISHED projects each and every day!  The challenge definitely has got my creative juices flowing, for which I'm very grateful!

Tree of Love and Hope I realized I haven't done much art journaling lately with all my other projects going on. So, for a while, I'll be focusing on that. Let's see how long I can be focused, that shall be the challenge! So many creative projects to explore!

Watercolor Poppies Another thing I'm loving about this challenge is to see other artists' work on flickr. "Goldendoglady" posted a beautiful watercolor poppy that really inspired me. I decided to try it myself!! I've been studying acrylics and layering so much that the simplicity of the watercolors really called to me.
